Child-Free Day In The Life - (Locked In A Room)

At the weekend I went to Bristol to celebrate my friends 30th Birthday by being Locked In A Room and trying to escape. If you have seen or played these games before then you know what happens. If not you basically have to find clues to keys that unlock the door you need to escape from. For health and safety, you are not actually locked in the room because the door you entered from remains unlocked, but boy did it feel like it at times.

As part of trying to combine both my blog and youtube channel I thought I would share the video I took which just goes into a little bit of what went on in a Child-Free Day In The Life.

I hope you enjoy it and don't forget to subscribe and hit the like button.

Thank You.

Our Frugal Valentines Day

Screw Valentines Day. I'm just waiting for the discounted chocolate on February 15th!

In this household I am not a massive fan of spending money on things that I feel are not worth it, and Valentine's Day can become expensive with all the products/services that surround it.

Weekly Meal Plan 12/02/18

This week we have Doug and Martha's Birthdays so we will be having a lovely Roast Beef at the weekend. I am still yet to pick up the joint and the cake so I will add that into the total when I buy it.

Is She Ready For Preschool?

I don't know what it is but time has gone by so quickly again, and here I am filling out an admissions form for Martha to attend preschool. The thing is when I was sending Mabel not so long ago, I knew she was ready to be independent, to learn, and to make friends. You can read about her first day over on my post Letting Go. Sitting here and looking at Martha I am questioning whether she is actually ready to go.
