Meal Plan 04/09/17

Last week there was no meal plan or weekly food cost because we were away in Dorset for the week. This week I have decided on doing a little bit of a health kick, so I have bought quite a lot of fruit in order to increase my intake each day. The meals below are going to be easy for me to control and I can consume a smaller portion than normal.

Meal Plan:

Chicken Stir-fry with Noodles

Onion Quiche with Salad

Spaghetti Bolognese

Butternut Squash and Sausage Risotto

Beef and Vegetable Casserole

Roasted Vegetable Couscous

Baked Potato with Leftovers

Weekly Food Shop Total
