Not only were my clothes very tight, but I have tried to do some exercise and I thought I was going to pass out. I have even been told that I may be unfit. Shock horror that was because I thought I was quite a fit person. Well, I am kicking myself up the bottom to get off the couch and to pay a bit more attention to what I am eating.
On Monday 4th September I jumped on the scales to see what the figure I am working with is, and it was at 10 stone 5 pounds. It definitely isn’t bad but shedding some weight especially in the lead up to Christmas, as we all know the festivities can take over the waistline, will be a really nice achievement.
I don’t want to cut things out because where is the fun in that, but I want to have some guidelines to follow.
1. Drink More Water
2. One Treat A Week, Not One A Day
3. Eat Smaller Portions
4. Get Moving
5. Get To Bed Early
I am hopeful that by doing these 5 things I will weigh less than what I do now by Christmas.
