The Perfect Back To School Lunch With #ChileanEasyPeelers

Mabel has been back at preschool now for a few weeks and this term has seen a change in that Mabel now attends 1 full day a week. This means she attends from 9 until 3 and therefore requires a packed lunch to be taken.
Now packing lunch is a new thing for me, so I like to try and put healthy items in that will really give Mabel a boost of nutritious goodness. When we received in the post a box of Chilean easy peelers clementines and mandarins, it made packing the lunch a little easier.

You see, these clementines and mandarins are in season all the way through to November and provide a source of Fibre, Calcium, Magnesium, are a great source of water to keep you hydrated and not forgetting full of Vitamin C. They contain no pips which as a parent with young children is so great, plus being easy peelers allows Mabel to attempt to peel it herself.
Of course, Mabel is not the only one that needs food full of goodness, but at home, both myself and Martha will have one with our lunch, my husband will take one to work, and the girls might have one as a snack.

The #ChileanEasyPeelers Clementines and Mandarins are a massive hit with the whole family. Let’s just say they did not last long at all.
