Weekly Meal Plan 09/07/18

We have really come to like a low carb diet and I have been feeling a lot healthier from it. I have also noticed a change in my weight as I have lost 5 pounds since we have been doing it and hopefully I can keep it up.

Meal Plan

Tuna and Egg Salad

Vegetable Curry with Cauliflower and Broccoli Rice

Spinach, Leek and Pea Frittata

Pork Tenderloin with Vegetables

 Chicken Stir Fry

Sausages with Swede Mash

Cod with Tomato and Bacon Sauce and Green Beans

Weekly Food Shop Total
