Weekly Meal Plan 16/07/18

I have added some high carb meals into this weeks meal plan because I need to use some items up that we have in the freezer and the fridge. I am still using cauliflower rice instead of rice for things and courgetti instead of spaghetti as I have found them to make the meals feel really light and not at all heavy on my stomach.

Cod with Balsamic Tomato and Pepper Salad

Pie with Vegetables

Sausage Stir Fry

Meatballs with Courgetti

Tuna Salad

Baked Potato with Baked Beans

    Aaah baked potato and beans – that’s a classic I haven’t put on my menu plan in a while. Love the idea of balsamic tomato and pepper salad too, especially in this heat. Do you roast them or use them raw? 🙂

      You can do them either way, I think it depends on how hot it is outside. I think I might roast them first to make them soft and anything leftover can just be popped in a salad. 🙂
