Meal Plan 31/12/18

It is New Year’s Eve and with that comes the start of a healthier week, well we are going to try. I have added some of the low carb meals we enjoyed a few months ago and hopefully, it will make a difference in the weight that I have gained over the festivities.

    Great meal plan! The Chicken and Green Bean Salad sounds so good. That is getting added to my list of recipes to try.
    We’re having another week of eating lots then we will try to eat healthier x
