Meal Plan

Wow-what a week we had last week on the Keto Diet. We lost weight but also found our energy levels were extremely low so we ended the diet. There were some parts we enjoyed such as the lunches so we will continue with those. This weeks meals are all comfort food due to both the girls being unwell. Hopefully, we can get everyone back to full health quickly.
